The Mentoring Masterclass is an eLearning development programme that is self-led and can be completed at your leisure and around your work, parenting, or lifestyle. The Masterclass is delivered through a catalogue of videos delivered by Herman Stewart and digital worksheets that are to be completed alongside watching the learnings. Depending on your pace, the masterclass can be completed as quickly as five weeks or longer.
The Mentoring Masterclass is an online eLearning experience. Lessons are recorded and made accessible for you to complete at your convenience so that you can complete the Masterclass any location.
The Mentoring Masterclass is for anyone who desires to desires to become a better person and wants to help others to do the same. You could be at your starting journey as a mentor, or you are established as a mentor or already supporting others as a Mentor. The Mentoring Masterclass is for those who want to learn the ABM methodology of mentoring, which has been transformational for young people.
All you will need is either a desktop, Tablet or a mobile device. For best results use a desktop or laptop. Once you sign up, you will have access to digital worksheets to complete the weekly sessions. Above all, you will need an open heart and mind to learn.
For all those who complete the Mentoring Masterclass Accreditation will be given the opportunity to go through the screening process with Every Child Needs a Mentor to join the mentoring team as a Freelance Mentor. You can also deliver mentoring freelance or join organisations that will accept the Accreditation as mentoring exposure and experience. The accreditation will provide you with all the insights you need to equip you to start your journey as a Mentor.
